Will there be an opportunity for Tuktoyaktuk residents to attend the technical sessions remotely? Not everyone can travel to Inuvik for multi-day sessions.
I attended the scoping session in Inuvik and wanted to reiterate my concerns about the impact on beluga whale migration routes during the drilling season. The developer's response about timing restrictions was helpful but I'd like to see more detail on monitoring protocols.
